There is typically a 3-10 day window in which the items you order are being printed and prepared for shipment. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt of your email The Vintage Rose Co will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. Standard shipping will take an additional 3-5 days. Local pick-ups are available.
